PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an over bridge which dispenses with pile foundation member used hitherto to simplify the construction, eliminates a trouble to construct tower members thereon separately from a bridge pier as a customary cable stayed bridge, and omits a bridge pier to make the view excellent. SOLUTION: This is an over bridge 1 constituted by using tower members 16 directly extended upward from foundation members 15. Hereby because it is constituted so that the foundation members 15 take charge of reaction of the ground, it dispenses with pile foundation member to simplify the construction, further a troublesome work to construct the tower members 16 thereon separately from a bridge pier as a customary cable stayed bridge is eliminated, and the bridge pier is omitted to make the view excellent.
