PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a function as a pallet, and also perform a function as a transportation carriage simultaneously by setting a plurality of casters along with a leg member on the bottom surface of a support plate, and enabling the distal ends of the leg member to be extendible and retractable appropriately by a reciprocal means. SOLUTION: A leg member 20 is fastened in a substantially parallel state on the bottom surface of a support board 10, and casters 30, 31 are installed in the front and rear of the pallet. The leg member 20 is composed of a securing member 50 and reciprocal member 60, and the reciprocal member 60 is swingably joined to the securing member 50 in a state being urged by a tensile coil spring 80 by a link members 70 and swing pins 71, 72. If the leg member 20 is protected from the distal end of the casters 30, 31 through the agency of the link member 30, the pallet M functions as a pallet, and further, if the leg member 20 is retracted from the distal end of the casters 30, 31, the pallet M can perform as a carriage.
