PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strongly suck a thin work for integral holding while supplying small diameter grains as a backup agent to a support by providing a sucking means for sucking the filling liquid to be filled with pressurization in a clearance. SOLUTION: A tool is fitted and rotated in a tool fitting hole 263 so as to rotate a suction piston 26. With this operation, the suction piston 26 is moved forward and backward in relation to a suction cylinder 24. With the forward movement of the suction piston 26, an end surface of the piston 26 abuts on a suction small hole 243. With the backward movement of the suction piston 26, the filling liquid L inside a clearance C is sucked to a piston hole 242 to reduce the pressure inside the clearance C. With this method, a thin work W can be strongly sucked to the small diameter grains as the backup agent inside of the clearance C, and the thin work W can be integrally formed with a support 2.
