PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kind of slipper-sandals in which a section covering an instep part in particular is in a state of wide strap or bag, which has improved open feeling when worn, without any fear of lowering in strength or worsening in stability while worn, and which are hard to accumulate dusts. SOLUTION: Both right and left ends of a wide strap covering an instep part are fixedly connected to the base of a slipper-sandal. Then, a front end 2a of the wide strap part 2 extends to the base to be fixedly connected to the base such that arbitrary one or more toes abut on it to form a tiptoe strap, and there is no part corresponding to the outside from the tiptoe strap part 2a to the neighborhood of at least the root of a big toe and/or a little toe so as to be open like a window hole.
