<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid mixing preventing device that can prevent raw materials from mixing with fermentation product in a circulation type fermentation apparatus in which the fermentation tank is constituted in a loop form. SOLUTION: In the fermentation tank 1 for sludge or the like that is constituted in a loop form, when viewed in a floor plan, the fermentation tank is equipped with a cut-backing device 4 that travels round in the fermentation tank 1 while scooping up the charged raw material from the bottom and throwing back the scooped raw material so that the raw material may be fermented while it travels round the loop form tank. In the rear part to the advancing direction of the cutting back device 4, a chute 4e of which the upper edge is pivotally set to the upper part of the cutting back device is hung down so that it may cover the lower part to which the raw material is charged. In the meantime, on the side wall of the take-out part for the product, the guide 9 is provided that can disengaged from the chute 4a and can vertically move the chute 4e at the take-out part. At the take-out part, the tank in the rear of the cut-backing device can be made empty, thus the fermentation product can be inhibited from getting mixed with the raw material.</p> |
