PURPOSE: A method for figuring patterns on ice bar surface is provided to figure patterns, e.g., a nymph and a woodman, pets, heart, etc. on ice candy surface so as to stimulate children' interest without deteriorating productivity and increasing production cost. Another object of the present invention is to keep patterns on the ice bar surface in tact during packaging or moving. Further another object of the present invention is to figure patterns by using a chocolate solution well mixed to form a clear pattern on the ice bar surface. Furthermore, object of the present invention is to figure patterns on the ice candy surface without making damage on the ice-cream or the chocolate during manufacturing. CONSTITUTION: A method for figuring patterns on ice bar surface comprises the steps of: first coating whole or part of ice bar (10) surface with a chocolate solution (12); depositing a hot water pipe (24) through which hot water at 30 to 100 degees celsius is flowing around a pattern plate (20) and maintaining the pattern plate more than a melting point; depositing a plurality of adjusting means (34) for adjusting bolts to upper/lower parts of a nozzle (30) and adjusting the focus of the nozzle to the patterns of the pattern plate; approaching the pattern plate toward the ice bar, fixing the ice bar by contacting a projection projected from the pattern plate with the ice bar surface and figuring patterns by emitting the chocolate solution by means of the nozzle; projecting air of hot temperature 50 to 80 degees celsius toward the surface of the pattern plate so as to wash the pattern plate; and soaking the ice bar figured with patterns into a liquid hydrogen tool (15) deposited on a lower part of the pattern plate.
