PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To particularly efficiently heat hot air, and to reduce size and weight by constituting a hot air heating passage in a U shape via a partition pleat arranged in the center on a heater block surface, and arranging plural heat radiating fins in the main flow direction of hot air in a forward passage and a backward passage, respectively. SOLUTION: A heater block 50 of the tableware washer/drier is integrally constituted of a pipe 13 of a hot water heating passage, a hot air heating passage and a heater 12, and hot water and hot air 53 are heated by the heater 12 via heat conduction in a heater block 50. The hot air heating passage is constituted in a U shape by arranging a partition plate 55 in a central part on a heater block surface, and the heater block surface is divided into a forward passage 51a and a backward passage 51b to thereby constitute the hot air heating passage so that the hot air 53 entering from a hot air inlet 56 arranged on one end of the heater block 50 passes through the forward passage 51a, turns back at a merging point 57, and passes through the backward passage 51b to come out of a hot air outlet 58. Plural heat radiating fins 60a to 60f are arranged in a lengthwise straight line shape along a main flow of the hot air 53.
