PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily lock a brake device by using an existing brake lever. SOLUTION: A brake locking device 30 for an automobile is mounted on the way of the brake cables 20, 21 moving by the operation of a brake lever for locking the front and rear brake devices. The brake lock device 30 comprises a case member 31, the moving members 35, 36, and a locking mechanism 37. The case member 31 is mounted on the way of the brake cables 20, 21, and capable of inserting the brake cables 20, 21 inside thereof. The moving members 35, 36 are capable of engaging the brake cables 20, 21, and movable in the penetrating direction inside of the case member 31 corresponding to the movement of the brake cables 20, 21. The locking mechanism is mounted on the case member 31 for immovably locking the moving members 35, 36 and movably unlocking the same.
