The invention concerns an installation for treating by heat-induction a metal material in a vessel, comprising: a first winding (5) including, in series, at least a first coil (51) of at least one turn and at least a second coil (52) of at least one turn, wound in opposite directions around the vessel (1), the first winding having two end terminals designed to be connected to an AC power source (3) and to the terminals of a first capacitor (C); and at least a second winding (6) including, in series, at least a first coil (61) of at least one turn and at least a second coil (62) of at least one turn, wound in opposite directions around the vessel being overlapped in the first winding (5), the ends of the second winding (6) being designed to be connected to the terminals of a second capacitor (C').
