PURPOSE: A method and a device for managing painting and thermal transference on surface of internal and external material are provided to improve corrosion resistance ability, chemical resistance ability and optical resistance ability and to reduce the cost and to produce products with many kinds of thermal transference patterns. CONSTITUTION: In the method and the device for managing painting and thermal transference on surface of internal and external material, many instruments are included. A guide frame(18) is formed at the front and rear of a heating burner and a control panel and an open portion(16a) is formed on the side of the guide frame(18) in an oven(10). The upper and lower heat-resistant levers are supported by the cover frames and a roller is formed in the lower cover frame of the vacuum spaces. Many rails(17) are formed along the open portion(16a) in order that the roller of the lower cover frame is guided to the oven(10). An open and close board(26a) including a vacuum pump(28) is formed at the front and back in the vacuum space for opening and closing the open portion(16a) of the oven(10).
