The arrangement has a reservoir container, at least one rotary driven distribution plate (3) with ejection blades (5), at least one adjuster for different operating ranges and material and/or distributor types, an adjustable dispensing element per distribution plate and a controller. A sensor detects the drive torque. A computer contains a mass flow/torque characteristic per adjuster. The dispensing element can be controlled using the torque sensor output as control parameter to equalize it with the input parameter for the desired mass flow.
