The invention concerns a composite material comprising a substrate having at least on one of its surfaces a primary impact-resistant layer and at least an antiabrasion coating deposited on the primary layer. The primary layer is obtained by applying on the surface to be treated a latex consisting of structured polymer particles having a domain with soft character (Tg < 20 DEG C) and another with hard character (Tg > 50 DEG C). Said composite material is designed for various industries such as the car industry (glazing, lights and so on), the building industry (glazing), or sanitary ware.
