The steel frame (3) is made up of gap-spaced (8) parts (4,5) as joined by concrete or material. The gap space (8) stands parallel to element (1) or again to the element edges and thus transverse to the element plane. Each frame part comprizes a U-profile whose confronting edges line up to bridge the gap space (8) and a slot (11) formed in the element (1) in its free side faces and or endface. The two parts (4,5) are edged (9,10) with the gap between (8) as also the slot (11) and are directed towards the interior space formed by the two parts (4,5). The parts are preferably of identical shape and size and are joined by anchor (14) as screws, bolts or steel reinforcement (15).
