Automatic sampling system comprises a ceramic plate with an eccentric bore that rotates between a stationary ceramic plate with a feed bore and a stationary plate with a discharge bore on a central axis so that with each revolution a sample corresponding to the volume of the bore of the middle plate is taken form the sample feed and filled into a sample container. Preferred Features: The bore in the middle plate is evacuated on passing a further bore in the discharge plate that lies in front of the feed bore so that the bore of the middle plate on passing the feed bore is also filled when the feed is under pressure.
