PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure, which is capable of arranging outer terminals provided to various wiring connection members such as a flexible substrate or its connection member at an arbitrary position, restraining a liquid display device from increasing in occupancy area. SOLUTION: An flexible printed circuit(FPC) 50 is extended upward as shown in Figure from a connection terminal 51 along the board surface of a tape carrier package(TCP) board 40 toward the outer terminal 41 of the TCP board 40. An extension wiring pattern 52 is electrically connected to the connection terminal 51 and extended upward in the extension region of the FPC board 50. A projection 53 is provided to the upper edge of the FPC board 50, and an outer terminal 54 electrically connected to the extension wiring pattern 52 is provided to the tip of the projection 53. A reinforcing plate 55 is provided to the rear side of the outer terminal 54.
