PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make less costly and easy to reshape and permit a wheel chair user, a sick person or fragile aged people to move easily to a garden or a bathroom by forming a wide floor surface by arranging adjacently a plurality of floor block materials where floor surface materials are provided on the top of foamed resin blocks. SOLUTION: A plurality of tiles (floor surface materials) 5 is arranged at a prescribed interval on the top of a rectangular-plane foamed resin block base 2, and the tiles 5 are fixed by applying mortar to clearances between the tiles 5. The outside periphery of the base 2 is made larger than the floor surface materials 5 to form joints 3, and a plurality of deep grooves 4 for drainage that are connected continuously from one side to the opposite side is provided on the underside of the base 2. A broad floor surface with the same height as the floor surface of a room facing a garden is formed by arranging these floor block materials 1 side by side in the garden for example, and adjacent floor block materials 1 are connected by applying mortar to joints between adjacent floor block materials 1.
