PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform release of fixing of a clamp by a single workman. SOLUTION: A traveling rail 10 is provided along a conveyance line 6, provided with a clamp 1 fixing a rear wheel 2, and a movable part 11 moves along in association with the traveling rail 10 thereon. A release mechanism for release of fixing of the clamp 1 is provided on the movable part 11, and this release mechanism is provided with a push member 15 and front and rear movable arms 16 and 17, makes the clamp 1 into an unifixable state by making a state wherein an operating part 5 of the clamp 1 is held by the front and rear movable arms 16 and 17, before operating the push member 15 for pushing a lever 22 of the operating part 5, thereby operating the operating part 5. Thereafter, backs the push member 15 and the front and rear movable arms 16 and 17 at the same time for release of fixing of the clamp 1. This release of fixing of the clamp 1 is performed by a remote control signal between a transmitter 23 possessed by a workman 7 and a receiver 24 on the movable part 11 side, and the release mechanism is operated only when the workman 7 is on a mat switch 26 installed along the conveyance line 6.
