<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out all of thermally cut works without applying a micro-joint by integrating a small piece carry-out chuter to carry-out a relative small size work in a work chuter. SOLUTION: The work chuter 14 consists of a first chuter 22 and a second chuter 24 oscillatably connected to the end part of a laser beam working side of the first chuter 22 through a hinge 23. The second chuter 24 is oscillatable between R position and S position by extending/retracting of a pneumatic cylinder 25. A whole work chuter 14 is inclined by the pneumatic cylinder, a laser size work is slid on the work chuter 14 in the direction moving away from a laser beam working head 3 and is carried out outside the machine. While the first chuter 22 is kept in a horizontal position, only the second chuter 24 is inclined by pneumatic cylinder 25, a small size work W is slid on the second chuter 24 in the direction approaching to the laser working head 3 and is carried out outside the machine.</p> |
