PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage or breakage of a case in maintenance by arranging an elastic resin material between the case bottom surface and the roof panel of a vehicle in a device set on the roof panel of the vehicle and containing a refrigerating apparatus within the case. SOLUTION: This device is formed of a unit case (case) 7 and various air conditioning apparatuses provided therein. The case 7 is fixed to a roof panel 6 by metal fixtures 36a, 36b, and an elastic resin material 37 is interposed in about the lateral center of the vehicle between the bottom surface 7a of the case 7 and the roof panel. A worker gets on the inside of the case 7 to perform the inspection or replacement of various air conditioning apparatuses and electric parts. Therefore, as the elastic resin material 37, a hard resin material 37a is arranged on the bottom surface of the case 7, and a soft resin material 37b is provided on the roof panel 6. According to this, a local load is reduced to prevent the damage of the case 7, and the damage of the roof panel 6 is effectively reduced.
