PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a proper working part lifting and lowering control fit to a soil condition in an agricultural working machine for paddy field in which a working part is equipped with a freely rocking ground body having a front part vertically moving according to pressure received from the soil surface of paddy field and the working part is lifted and lowered based on a traveling part so as to make an angle of the ground body from a horizontal plane approach a fixed control target value. SOLUTION: This working part lifting and lowering control apparatus comprises an operating tool 16 for changing a control target value of an angle of a ground body from a horizontal plane, a first correction means 46 for correcting the control target value according to the variation of pressure received from the soil surface of paddy field and second correction means 47 and 48 for changing a correction standard of the first correction means 46 in linking to the operation of the operating tool 16.
