PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to simply recognize the state of warp of a plate type building material of a door or the like. SOLUTION: One fixture 3 is fixed to the left side front end portion of a plate type building material 25, and the other fixture 3 is fixed to the right side rear end portion of the plate type building material 25. A cord 4 is inserted into an aperture 8 for cord insertion of a left side clamping segment 7D from below, and a weight 12 is made to abut against the edge part of the aperture 8 for cord insertion of the clamping segment 7D. A cord 4 is inserted into an aperture 8 for cord insertion of the clamping segment 7D of the right side fixture 3 from above, and the cord 4 is stretched. The cord 4 is tied up around the clamping segment 7D of the right side fixture 3. Along the cord 4, the interval L between the cord 4 and the plate type building material 25 is measured at specified intervals.
