DEVICE AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY INITIALIZING AND TUNING LINK IN NETWORK SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically initialize and tune a link of a network system by coupling one router of the link with another router and forming high-speed plesiochronous parallel links. SOLUTION: A router 105a communicates with a router 105b through a link 110a and the router 105b communicates with a router 105c through the link 110b. Respective links are able to transmit data between routers and links 110a and 110e are high-speed plesiochronous parallel links. Initialization and tuning systems 200a to 200j have link control units respectively and the tuning systems 200a and 200b automatically initialize and tune the link 100a, have a mutual communication for inspection, and feed data back. The link 110a is tuned by the tuning systems 200a and 200b and can perform link operation at as a high signal rate and with as low electric power level as possible.
