<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly bond a plastic film or sheet comprising a polyolefinic resin. SOLUTION: A current detector 1 including a resistor 10, a lamp 11 and a CDS 12 is inserted in the current measuring line of a high frequency welder main body for bonding a plastic film or sheet comprising a polyolefinic resin. Since the lamp 11 lights when the high frequency welder main body 3 is started, the luminous intensity of the lamp 11 is detected by the CDS 12. If the current at a time when the lamp 11 develops certain brightness is a value suitable for high frequency bonding, a value based on a resistance change in luminous intensity is set as a reference value in order to set this value. When a plastic film or sheet is bonded, a current flows to increase the emission quantity of light and, when a resistance value exceeds the set resistance value, a current stops and the high frequency welder main body stops and, therefore, bonding can be certainly performed.</p> |
