PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items and a manufacturing cost by integrating a choke valve for opening and closing an intake port with a blowback preventive plate, and thereby enabling simultaneous production of the choke valve and the blowback preventive plate. SOLUTION: A choke valve 24 for opening and closing an intake port is integrated with a blowback preventive plate 25. The choke valve 24 and the blowback preventive plate 25 are switchably arranged on the position faced to the intake port. The choke valve 24 and the blowback preventive plate are attached to a fulcrum shaft, while being offset in respect to a fulcrum shaft by a specified angle. The choke valve 24 is parallelly arranged to the blowback preventive plate 25.
