PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption in combustion equipment for combusting kerosene for domestic use. SOLUTION: Combustion equipment comprises an air heater 20 for blowing heated air toward a vaporization surface 16 in order to vaporize fuel, and conducts ignition in a short time, and therefore an electric heat generating portion for preheating a vaporizer 13 body is not required. Accordingly, no power is consumed by the vaporizer 13 and thus an effect of reducing power consumption of the combustion equipment as a whole can be attained. The vaporizer 13 can be promptly set up to a given temperature, thereby preventing power consumption of the vaporizer 13 in a stand-by condition.
