PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the consumption of a battery for ignition due to erroneous igniting operations by preventing the occurrence of such a case that the igniting operations are erroneously performed at the time of moving a wick upward and downward. SOLUTION: Since an ignition switch 14 is made to make igniting operations only when an igniting section 24 is pushed in in a state where a wick reaches an igniting position by attaching a slide knob 20 composed of a knob section 21 which is pinched when a knob lever 12 is moved upward and downward and the igniting section 24 which is pushed in when the section 24 is operated for ignition to one end of the knob lever 12 which is operated at the time of moving the wick upward and downward, the occurrence of such a case that igniting operations are erroneously performed at the time of moving the wick upward and downward and, accordingly, the consumption of a battery for ignition due to the erroneous igniting operations can be prevented.
