PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a sufficient stain-proof property without enhancing a cost, in the wall paper having a large embossed pattern. SOLUTION: This stain-proof wall paper 20 is obtained by successively laminating a permeation-preventing layer 22 comprising an emulsion resin, a printed layer 23, and an over-printed layer 24 on a wall paper substrate 21 by printing methods, embossing the film-free laminated product to form an embossed pattern, and then disposing backing paper 26 on the back surface side of the wall paper substrate 21. The over-printed layer 24 is formed using a gravure roll having cells where walls between adjacent ink pockets are partially notched to form ink flow paths.
