PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent horizontal frame members which obstruct walking from being arranged below an opening part of a building at the time of folding and housing a net and to enable the addition of appropriate buffering properties against the operating force of a movable frame by a net guide used for the above-mentioned prevention of the arrangement. SOLUTION: A screen door in which a net 4 folded alternately in opposite directions is freely opened and closed by horizontal pulling is provided with a net guide 12 which is taken in and out from the lower end of a vertical frame member 6 according to the expansion and contraction of the net 4 and which is derived along the lower end of the net 4 in a stretched state to guide the lower end. Then the net guide 12 is constituted as a long material including both a bottom part 12b along the lower end of the net 4 by an extruded material of an elastic flexible synthetic resin and a rocking stopping part 12a raised along the outer surface of the net 4 and provided with a large number of recessed part 12c. Here, in the net guide 12, an acting force for buffering against the operating force of a movable frame 5 is generated by the bending of the net guide 12.
