PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vibration and noise of a motor by arranging a metal board to be provided with a damping property and to further enhance the vibration absorbing characteristic of the metal board, without lowering the efficiency of the motor. SOLUTION: A stator coil 5 and a rotor support member 9 are fixed to the surface of a metal board 1 which is formed of a magnetic material. In addition, a rotor magnet 8, which faces the stator coil 5 is supported by the rotor support member 9 so as to be freely rotatable. Then, a second soft metallic plate 4, such as an aluminum plate or the like is pasted on the rear of the metal board 1 via a viscoelastic resin 3.
