PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive semiconductor integrated circuit which impose stable, high accuracy pulse-width modulation on even a high-frequency signal. SOLUTION: Delay elements d1 to d4 are connected in series, and two signals are outputted selectively among the input signals to the delay elements d1 to d4 and the output signals from the delay elements d1 to d4; and a 1st voltage level of a digital signal after pulse-width modulation is generated using one of the two selectively outputted signals and a 2nd voltage level of the digital signal after pulse-width modulation is generated with the other signal.
