PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently reinforce a lower floor building unit by arranging a reinforcing member over a specific length range including a part for crossing an auxiliary beam of a ceiling beam constituting a ceiling frame of a lower floor building unit, and providing a beam receiving part for installing the auxiliary beam in this reinforcing member. SOLUTION: A ceiling frame of a lower floor building unit 11 is a part for correspondingly arranging an outer end part of a narrow upper floor building unit 12, and is reinforced by arranging a reinforcing member 22 in a length range of ceiling beams 15, and is reinforced by installing an auxiliary beam 21 installed in a beam receiving part 23 of this reinforcing member 22 between the opposed ceiling beams 15. That is, a larger reinforcing effect is imparted to the ceiling frame of the lower floor building unit 11 by integrally forming the reinforcing member 22 and the auxiliary beam 21. Thus, when mounting the narrow upper floor building unit on the lower floor building unit, the lower floor building unit can be sufficiently reinforced.
