PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an architectural fastening bolt for fastening/joining laterally or vertically opposed woods in a state of an initial position by leaving reduced quantity by drying as it is by respectively fixing an auxiliary metal fitting between a bolt and nut and an outer peripheral nut on both sides of one end and the other end of a bolt. SOLUTION: Since fastening means 2b can be locked on an inner peripheral part of a bolt hole 10 of a central wood T4, an architectural wood and the wood T4 or woods T5, T5 and the auxiliary metal fitting 90 are reliably joined. Dropping of a bolt 91 in the middle of fastening can be prevented by the fastening means 2b. In addition, an effect capable of joining the laterally or vertically opposed wood T5 and wood T5 in a state of being maintained in an initial position by leaving reduce quantity as it is without fastening the reduced quantity of the central wood T4 by drying can be provided. Thus, even when the wood reduces by drying, the bolt does not loosen by moving laterally and vertically.
