PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain edible sheet capable of being printed and provide a method for blending a raw liquid and an apparatus and method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This edible printing sheet is a paper-like edible sheet 10 formed on a release mount 4 and capable of being printed. An apparatus for producing the same specifically comprises a raw material-conveying means A for conveying release mounts 4 in predetermined intervals, a raw liquid-jetting means B which jets the raw liquid 1 onto the release mounts 4 conveyed by the raw material conveying means A, a drying means C which dries the raw liquid by hot air during conveying the release mount sprayed with the raw liquid 1 to a sheet like form, a dies cutting means D and a packing means E. |
