PURPOSE: A vehicle body plug structure for a waxing operation is provided to perform a wax coating operation for preventing a vehicle from being corroded without a plug separating process. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle body plug structure for a waxing operation for injecting and coating liquid wax through an inserting hole formed to a vehicle body member to prevent the corrosion of the vehicle and for the watertight of the inserting hole or preventing the inflow of foreign materials is composed of a cover unit(110), a fixing unit(120), a combining groove(130), and a nozzle penetrating unit(140). The disk-shaped cover unit includes the fixing unit at the upside and a lower inserting unit(112) connected with the nozzle penetrating unit in the center. The fixing unit is inserted and fixed to the inserting hole, and formed with an inclined unit(122) of a constant gradient on an outer peripheral surface and the nozzle penetrating unit in the center. The combining groove is formed between the cover and fixing units and combined to the outer periphery of the inserting hole. The funnel-shaped nozzle penetrating unit includes a plurality of reinforcing ribs on the outer periphery and a cut unit cut in a cross shape at the end.
