<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable direct drawing with laser beams by disposing an electrically conductive layer on one face or both faces of an insulating substrate and forming a resist material layer comprising a heat sensitive composition containing specified components on the electrically conductive layer. SOLUTION: An electrically conductive layer is disposed on one face or both faces of an insulating substrate and a resist material layer comprising a heat sensitive composition is formed on the electrically conductive layer to obtain the objective laminated material. The heat sensitive composition contains an alkali-soluble resin having phenolic hydroxy groups and a compound with a structure having a lactone ring and the benzene ring. The alkali-soluble resin is, e.g. a novolak resin, resol resin or polyvinyl-phenolic resin. The lactone ring is not especially limited if it has a cyclic -CO-O- skeleton but aβ-lactone ring, aγ-lactone ring or aδ-lactone ring is typically used.</p> |
