PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high rate data transfer by reducing power consumption at the time of performing data transfer through a bus. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with at least a bus 9 to be driven by a first power source level or a second power source level lower than the first power source level, plural functioning blocks 1, 3, 5, and 7 for performing data transfer through the bus 9 and plural connecting circuits 29 and 31 for dividing the bus 9 into plural sub-sections 9a, 9b, 9c and for connecting the two of the sub-sections at the time of data transfer between the two sub-sections. The bus 9 is driven by the first power source level at the time of data transfer between the plural sub-sections, and the bus is driven by the second power source level at the time of data transfer in the same sub-section.
