PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a shooting target accurately and quickly by grasping and managing firearms condition information, target condition information and shooting information varying every moment in a battle situation where a plurality of direct sighting firearms face a plurality of targets and selecting appropriate shooting targets discretely for individual firearms. SOLUTION: The shooting target selector comprises a memory section 28 for storing firearms condition information containing the position and identifier of each firearm transmitted from its own firearm and each firearm of friend party, a memory section 29 for storing target condition information containing the position and identifier of each target transmitted from each firearm, and a memory section 30 for storing shooting information containing shooting distance information and hitting decision information transmitted from each firearm. A hitting probability calculating section 33 calculates a first hitting probability from each firearm to each target and a second hitting probability from each target to each firearm from and a menace degree calculating section 34 calculates a target menace degree based on the second hitting probability. A selecting section 35 selects a shooting target based on the target menace degree and a residual probability obtained from the shooting information and the first hitting probability.
