PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable free housing for a handle stem and to enable the connection of the handle stem without needing the time required for positioning. SOLUTION: This folding handle comprises a flexible wire rod 5 inserted between a handle stem 1 and a fork stem 9, a positioning member 3 provided on the handle stem 1, a receiving member 8 provided on the fork stem 9, and a connecting member 4 for the handle stem 1 and the form stem 9. In housing the handle stem 1, folding is possible by means of the flexible wire rod 5. In connecting the handle stem 1 to the fork stem 9, handle operation is possible by engaging the positioning member 3 with the receiving member 8.
