PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent information selection method in the case of selecting one set of information among a plurality of information sources by using a plurality of sound images. SOLUTION: In this information selection method, a plurality of sound images are rotated circularly in front of a user 1 and sound volume is continuously controlled so as to provide a maximum sound volume at a position closest to the user 1 and a minimum sound volume at a position remotest from the user 1. First the maximum sound volume is always decided to be a selection object and only a decision button 5 allows the selection. Moreover, a fast feed button 6 and a rewinding button 4 are used to control a position change in the sound image. Furthermore, a plurality of images corresponding to the sound images are circularly rotated on a display screen and the area of the image is controlled in accordance with the sound volume of the sound image to enhance more the user interface. |
