SOLUTION: A sample solution to be analyzed is sucked while measuring or controlling its temperature and the temperature and humidity of the air to be filled in a nozzle chip 22, and mixed with a reagent in a reactor vessel 23, and the resulting reaction mixture is sucked to a detection unit 3 and optically measured to analyze the concentration of a specified substance contained in the sample solution.
