PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a highly precise analysis without being influenced by temperature and humidity by measuring the temperature and the humidity, determining the quantity of a liquid sample to be used, and controlling the suction or discharge of the sample. SOLUTION: A sample solution to be analyzed is sucked while measuring or controlling its temperature and the temperature and humidity of the air to be filled in a nozzle chip 22, and mixed with a reagent in a reactor vessel 23, and the resulting reaction mixture is sucked to a detection unit 3 and optically measured to analyze the concentration of a specified substance contained in the sample solution. A sample disc 1, a reagent disc 2 and a chip station 12 are arranged in a row on the same plane, and a moving mechanism 28 is arranged above them. A temperature sensor 33 is set near the sample disc 1 so that the temperature information within the device can be transmitted to a controller 4. A temperature and humidity sensor 34 is set near a chip magazine 10 so that the information of temperature and humidity can be transmitted to the controller 4. |
