SOLUTION: An electric connection section 5 guided from a base support 1 is stretched beyond the base support 1, a partial support segment 8 made of an insulating material and formed from the insertion body 10 of a vehicle element to be connected is mechanically fixed to the base support 1, and the partial support segment 8 and/or mountable functional units 14, 15, 25 are electrically connected to the electric connection section 5.
