PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing multilayered film excellent in transparency, adhesion, heat resistance, gas barrier properties, non-heat shrinkability and cutting properties and also excellent in food sanitation properties and environmental safety. SOLUTION: A multilayered film has an intermediate layer and at least one outer layers on both surfaces thereof and the thickness thereof is 40μm or less. In this case, the outer layers comprise a polyolefinic resin and the thickness of the intermediate layer is 20-80% of that of the multilayered film and the intermediate layer comprises a polytetramethylene terephthalate resin with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.7-2.0, an m.p. of 200-228 deg.C and a crystallizing temp. of 180 deg.C or lower. |
