PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly heat the whole of an org. waste by a simple structure to efficiently subject the same to fermentation treatment within a short time. SOLUTION: A compressed air supply pipe 3 is connected to a fermentation tank 1 and a vortex tube 4 is arranged to the compressed air supply pipe 3 and the high temp. air take-out pipe 9 of the vortex tube 4 is connected to the fermentation tank 1. The waste in the fermentation tank 1 is subjected to fermentation treatment by high temp. air supplied from the vortex tube 4.
