PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability and stabilize working quality by making a line automatic all through the feeding of a printed-wiring board, sticking of a masking tape and ejection of the printed-wiring board in the case the mask tape is stuck on a print contact section of the printed-wiring board. SOLUTION: A masking tape is stuck on a printed-wiring board fed from a feed section 101 to a delivery section 104 by a sticking section 103 in a masking tape sticking device 1, and the masking tape is cut off by a tape cutting section 105. The sticking state of the masking tape is monitored by a shaft monitoring section 107. Also the printed-wiring board is drawn in onto a sticking completion position of the masking tape by a drawing-in section 106, and the printed-wiring board on the sticking completion position is moved to an ejection section 102 by a robot section 108. The directions of a mounting face and a plated face of the printed-wiring board are turned over on a turnover section 110, and the whole of the sticking work of the masking tape is controlled by a control section 109.
