摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fluctuation of frictional engaging force generated by a friction clutch by preventing a short circuit of a magnetic flux in respective clutch plates by mutually making a phase of a connecting part between respective circular arc-shaped through holes different in respective plural outer clutch plates and plural inner clutch plates. SOLUTION: A friction clutch 14 is composed of plural outer clutch plates 14a and inner clutch plates 14b. The outer clutch plates 14a are installed by respectively and mutually making a phase of the connecting part 14a4 different by about 30 deg.. The inner clutch plates 14b are also installed by respectively and mutually making a phase of the connecting part 14b4 different by about 30 deg.. In an electromagnetic clutch using this friction clutch as a constitutive part, since the connecting parts 14a4, 14b4 of the adjacent outer clutch plates 14a and inner clutch plates 14b are superposed by only two pieces at its maximum by being coaxially continued, a short circuit of a magnetic flux from the superposed connecting parts 14a, 14b can be minimized.</p>
