PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a lighting control device with an optimum structure for the lighting control of working lamps different in illumination light quantity, to use components in common when this lighting control device is used for the working lamps of other kinds and give flexibility to the working lamp lighting control device. SOLUTION: A connector 23 is provided on an electric wire 22 between batteries 20 and a plurality of working lamps 10H as the structure of a working lamp lighting control device using working lamps 10H, a signal connection section 40 is connected to the power supply side connection section 23a of the connector 23, and a trigger signal is fed to a timer 32 by a switch 26. The other power supply side connection section 37 is removably connected to a load side connection section 23b between the batteries 20 and the working lamps 10H via wires 30a branched from a large-current electric wire 30. Lighting control relays 38 are provided on the wires 30a respectively, and the lighting control relays 38 are controlled to be turned on in sequence based on the relay operation signal from the timer 32.
