SOLUTION: When a specific word is included in a sentence inputted from a key input part 2 or a fixed form mail sentence selected from a sentence storage part 41 at the time of preparing a mail, a specific word identification part 32 identifies the specific word and specific information allowed to correspond to the specific word in a specific word/specific information correspondence table 2 acquired by a specific information acquiring means 35. The specific information is acquired by requesting a user to select the information by a user selection part 34 for weather or from an external clock 5, a position information acquiring part 6 or the like. The specific information is added to the prepared mail and the specific word is deleted or the like so as to easily read out the mail and the processed mail is transmitted.
