摘要 The present invention relates to a method for measuring a resonance frequency of a tool moved in an ultrasonic vibration during the machining of a workpiece, comprising the steps: transmission by a generator of a working signal at a working frequency into a tool holder comprising a tool in order to produce the ultrasonic vibration of the tool; after the start of the machining of the workpiece, transmission by the generator of a test signal into the tool holder, at a test frequency varying about the working frequency and having a lower power than a power of the working signal; generating of a sensor signal from the ultrasonic vibration of the tool by a sensor device arranged in the tool holder; reading of the sensor signal by a reading device; separating of the sensor signal into a frequency spectrum comprising a main frequency and an auxiliary frequency by an analytical device; determining of the main frequency from the working frequency and of the auxiliary frequency from the resonance frequency.
