PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multicolor ball-point pen which easily and certainly prevents an error such as the inadvertent mistake of using a different color refill. SOLUTION: A clear transparent part 5a is formed all around the tip part of a jacket barrel 8, with the red-colored tip part of a red refill 3 provided as a red-colored tip part 6 and further, a transparent part 5b formed to the tip side from the center part of the jacket barrel 8. In addition, a fluorescent red cylinder is attached to the part of the red refill 3 which reaches the transparent part 5b when the red refill 3 is ejected out. When the ejection rod 1 of the red refill 3 is knocked, the colored tip part 6 of the red refill 3 and the red cylinder are visible through the transparent part 5a and the other transparent part 5b respectively.
