PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the flame retardance, impact strength, heat resistance, and flowability of a thermoplastic resin by compounding it with a phosphorus flame retardant and a silicone resin and/or a silicone rubber. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin in an amount of 100 pts.wt. is compounded with 1-30 pts.wt., preferably 2-25 pts.wt., phosphorus flame retardant having an average particle size of 50-0.01μm, preferably 45-0.1μm, 0.1-10 pts.wt., preferably 0.3-9 pts.wt., silicone resin and/or silicone rubber having a wt. loss in the heating test in air at 800 deg.C (at a temperature rise rate of 40 deg.C/min) of 60% or lower, preferably 40% or lower, a molar ratio of phenyl group to methyl group of (100/0)-(40/60), and a wt. average mol.wt. of 10,000-300,000 and comprising structural units represented by formulas I to IV, and if necessary 0.1-5 pts.wt., preferably 0.5-5 pts.wt., colorant and 5-140 pts.wt. filler. In the formulas, R1 to R6 are each phenyl or methyl provided the case when all of R1 to R6 are methyl is excluded.
